• Account information: name, email address, password (hashed)
• Business information: company name, workspace URL
• Customer communication data: messages, call recordings, contact identifiers
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, timestamps
• Billing data: subscription plan, payment history (card details held by Stripe, not us)

• To provide and improve the catchupai.io service
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To send transactional emails (account, billing, security)
• To comply with legal obligations

We process your data on the basis of contract performance (providing the service you signed up for), legitimate interests (improving our product, preventing fraud), and legal compliance.

We share data only with sub-processors necessary to deliver the service:

• Supabase (database hosting, EU region)
• Anthropic (AI processing — messages are processed to generate responses)
• Stripe (payment processing)
• Twilio / Vapi (voice calls)
• Meta (WhatsApp / Instagram integration, where you connect those channels)

• Access — export all your data via Dashboard → Audit Log → Export data
• Erasure — delete all your data via Dashboard → Audit Log → Delete all data
• Portability — download your data as JSON at any time
• Rectification — update your details in Settings
• Objection — contact us at privacy@clacklabsai.com

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. On account deletion, all data is permanently erased within 30 days. Call recordings are deleted after 90 days unless you extend this in Settings.

We use only essential cookies required for authentication and security. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies without your explicit consent.

We will notify you by email of any material changes to this policy at least 14 days before they take effect.
